MTA Library

MTA General Directorate of Library since the establishment of the institute in 1935, especially the earth sciences andminig issues has been serving to provide asistance to all researchers the necessary information and documents in order  to meet the requirements, both domestic and abroad, from boks, periodicals, disserttations, maps,etc.

It has an extensive archives, most of which are generally concerned with earth sciences and mining.

MTA Library has acolaction containing approximately 48.000 books and 2.321 serial titles of which over 700 are currently received by purchase, gift and exchange.Almost all of the  boks, journals and thesis can be found in the Library Catalogue.

The library is available for everyone, but borrowing publication service is pnly available for MTA staff and METU staff, who have signed protocol with MTA.
